Star sophomore defensive lineman Roosevelt Nix only had one tackle in the game. Darrell Hazell said he believe Nix may have been sick.
Bowling Green played without its better two running backs, as Bowling Green head coach Dave Clawson said Anthon Samuel and Jordan Hopgood were both unable to play.
