Before I fully start researching the Ohio Bobcats...here's what I know
- They lead the nation in takeaways at 23 - Offensively, they are running the ball effectively while using the pistol formation. - The offensive line is physical and playing well. They are a diverse line that can play physical and also run well while doing some pulling/trapping. - They have improved their team speed in recruiting. - They also have solid special teams. They have blocked three punts on the season and prior to the Miami game had scored a TD on special teams in three consecutive games. They blocked a punt against Miami that went out of bounds at the MU 5 yard line. - RB Chris Garrett should be fine to play this week from injury. He will practice early in the week to see where he is at. If not, Harden is a solid back. - The offensive line has gone 5 games in a row without giving up a sack. - Part of that is due in part to a very mobile QB in Theo Scott who is playing at a very high level. - The WR'S are deep and talented and do a good job of blocking. - WR Terrance McCrae is big (6-4, 203) and athletic with 15 catches for 247 yds and 4 td's. He turned down an offer from Duquesne to play basketball. - LB Noah Keller leads the defense. - OU has several injuries and players out for the season that has really tested their depth.
Ohio leads the all time series 38-21-2. Ohio leads in Athens 17-12-1. KSU has won 3 of the last 4 in Athens. Since 1987, KSU has started MAC play 2-1 or better only three times (2003, 2006, 2009).

I did and fnally did get through. Man those constant replays sure are enough to make you dizzy. We need to take care of the ball as we should be winning this game. Can't afford to let this one slip away.

Toledo win tonight and we're in 1st place!!! Of cpourse we'd still lose out on the tie-breaker to a team we had beat, but there's still some football left to be played.

Missed an obvious block to the back on that punt return. Take care of the ball and run this one out.....PLEASE!!!

PH, I think there were two, possibly three, on that return.
One at the beginning, one near the sideline and one at the end.
But, 20-11, I'll take it!

I saw the obvcious two, the beginning and the end. Also didn't think Pleasant facemasked that guy, thought he hooked him by the back bottom of the shoulder pad, but these kids were able to hold on and close. Also, the gaterade bath isn't usually done by players that don;t like the coach, so I like that emotion they showed. We will now control our own destiny and if they step up like they did when it mattered today, we have a chance at something special.
