BIO NOTES

2006 (Freshman): Started at running back for 11 of Kent State’s 12 games...garnered team’s Offensive Rookie of the Year Award and shared the Matt Ramser Award with David Filippi recognizing the greatest improvement in spring drills...led the club in rushing, gaining 883 total yards, three touchdowns...boasted an average of 72.5 yards per game on the ground, which was good for sixth in the MAC...also caught 16 passes for 126 yards...tied for fourth on the team with 18 total points scored...had 100+ yard games on Aug. 31 vs. Minnesota (109), Oct. 14 vs. Toledo (179) and Nov. 17 against Eastern Michigan (155)...had a career afternoon in Homecoming game against Toledo, rushing 31 times for 179 yards and three touchdowns — the highest rushing yardage output for a Kent State back in nine seasons.
